UTOP UBLESS Jeju Hotel Ltd. installs and operates information processing devices for the following purposes in accordance with Article 25, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 4. Entrustment of handling video information processing equipment

UTOP UBLESS HOTEL has a consignment contract with a third party to handle video information processing equipment and to offer you the best service and we surely stipulate necessary points for personal information to be managed safely according to the related laws through the consignment contract.

Article 5. Recording time, storage period, storage place and processing method of video information

Process: We record and manage requests for non-purpose use, third party provision, destruction, and viewing of personal image information, and permanently delete it (shred or incinerate) in a way that cannot be restored when the storage period expires.

Article 6. Information on the confirmation method and location of personal video information

Article 7. Measures to request information, such as viewing information of the subject

You may ask the operator of the video information processing device at any time if you wish to view, confirm or delete your personal video information. However, it is limited to the personal video information you have been photographed and the personal video information that is clearly required for the benefit of the life, body and property of the information subject. We will take necessary measures without delay if you request to view, confirm or delete your personal video information.

Article 8. Measures to ensure the security of video information

The video information processed by UTOP UBLESS Hotel is managed safely through encryption measures. In addition, as a management measure for protecting personal image information, UTOP UBLESS Hotel grants access rights to personal information differently. To prevent personal video information from being altered, we record and manage the purpose of viewing, viewers, and viewing dates. In addition, physical locks are installed for safe storage of personal video information.

Article 9. Information on changes in the personal information processing policy

The operation and management policy of this video information processing device was enacted on September 19, 2014, and if there is any addition, deletion or amendment of contents due to a change of statute, policy or security technology, we will notify you of the reasons for the change and contents through the website of UTOP UBLESS Jeju Hotel.
